Homeschool and Halloween

For Halloween this year we are dressed up as the Mario family. Aric opted to be Luigi because he is taller. I am going as Yoshi and Mike will be a toad. He has a mushroom hat.

This year for Halloween we dressed the boys up as the Mario brothers. We were lucky and found a dragon costume for Agustin. Nathan has declared that Agustin is wearing a bowzer costume. :)

I am homeschooling Aric and by default Nathan too. It has been a new adventure for everyone. Luckily we are really blessed to be going through Big Sur Charter School. The school offers "class" twice a week where the kids are learning, Spanish, martial arts, and science. It has been a really great experience for us. Aric is in a small class where the teacher is able to give one on one attention and all the boys are great friends.  All but one child is military and lives close by. The class has also given me an opportunity to get homeschooling tips from other moms.
We are trying to learn 3 languages. I think this desire has been the biggest challenge. We are working on reading and writing in English, Spanish, and Mandarin.
